Thank you for the suggestions for the upstairs apartment. I have several brokers who brought people and they all loved what I did. The list you made up for me was so easy to follow, really made a big difference. I’m waiting for someone to come back--she saw it before I did the re-do and she was the one who said she wanted to rent it unfurnished. She told me over the phone now that she wants it with the new stuff. I think she will pay full price now, I hope.

The pictures really came out well. I think you mentioned that you would do a virtual tour after you finished? I would like to see it when you are done. I had an agent call me today after he saw the house. He told me there was a 100% difference in the way the house looks now.
